Your whole business.
One page.
Most mornings you open eleven tabs, and none of them agree. The Hub puts your whole business on one page: jobs, cash, deliveries and compliance dates, with what needs you at the top. Everyone in your firm opens the same page and lands on their own work. It comes with every plan.
A number nobody has proved is not a fact
Eleven tabs means eleven versions of the truth: the accounts, the inbox, the job sheet, two carrier websites, the customer list nobody updates and a spreadsheet one person owns. You find where they disagree by accident, and often a customer finds it first.
The Hub is built from the same systems your desks work in (a desk is one office job Hobfolk runs for you), so it cannot drift away from what is really happening. And every tile tells you one more thing: whether its number has been checked, when, and by what. A figure nobody has proved says so. It does not sit there looking as sure as one that has.
Everyone reads the same page. Turnover, margins and pay show only for the people you clear to see them; everyone else opens the same building and the same rooms and gets on with the work in them. One picture of your business, read at the depth each person is allowed.
A pallet for a stand build has not scanned for 26 hours
Due on site Thursday. Carrier case open since 02:37. Nobody has told the client yet.
Fit-out job: promised date is four days adrift
The floor moved and the client was warned overnight. The new date needs your agreement.
The leisure operator's quotation is drafted and waiting on you
£38,400. Costed, drawing attached, three sign-offs recorded. It needs a person.
New fabricator NDA still unsigned
Sent overnight; drawings held back until it returns. No reply in four days — chase again or hold.
Three posts drafted, scheduled to hold
Next week's content is written and queued. Nothing goes out until someone here says go.
What it actually does
Everything, in one place
Evidence on every tile
Exceptions first
Drill to the source
Built for a phone
It tells you when it is wrong
Everyone has a floor

This is the least theoretical thing on this website: the Hub is how this business is run today, across four live companies, and it is where the pattern came from.
Ask us to show you the real one.
Not a mock-up of your business. Ours, live, with the failures still on it. It is a more useful half hour than a slide deck.
